| Louisville Ironman Triathlon 2009 |
| Members of Derby City Wing Riders participated in the Louisville Ironman Triathlon. No, we didn't leap tall buildings in a single bound nor run faster than a speeding bullet... but some of our members did ride judges and camera men around during the contest. To train for this endurance contest we had to do endless hours of practice consisting of lunch and dinner rides accompanied by ice cream runs. (*puff* exhausting *puff*) |
